Niblet by Comma Collective Pvt. Ltd.

Delete your Niblet account.

You can permanently delete an eligible personal Niblet account from the Android app, the web dashboard, or by contacting support.

Delete it in the Android app

  1. Sign in to the Niblet app.
  2. Open the Settings tab.
  3. Select Delete account.
  4. Review the warning, select Continue, then confirm Delete account.

The app must be online so Niblet Cloud can delete the account and revoke its linked sign-in authorization.

Delete it on the web

  1. Sign in to Niblet.
  2. Open Dashboard, then Account.
  3. Go to Delete account and select the deletion button.
  4. Type DELETE and confirm the permanent deletion.

Request deletion without signing in

Email [email protected] from the address used for your Niblet account. Put “Niblet account deletion request” in the subject. We may ask you to verify that the account belongs to you before acting on the request.

A shared or organisation account cannot be deleted through the automatic single-user flow. Contact support so we can review ownership and access before deleting it.

Data deleted with the account

Deletion permanently removes the following account data from the active Niblet service:

  • Your Niblet user identity and profile.
  • Your displays, installations, app settings, rotations, and render jobs.
  • Device credentials, authentication sessions, and other account credentials.
  • Your Apple sign-in authorization, when linked, after Niblet successfully revokes it.

The deletion cannot be undone, and every display linked to the account loses Niblet Cloud access.

Data that may be kept separately

  • A waitlist entry or launch reservation is a separate record and is not automatically deleted. Ask support to remove it too.
  • Limited payment and transaction records may be retained for the period required by law, accounting, refunds, fraud prevention, or a dispute.
  • A support request and the information needed to verify or complete it may be retained as reasonably necessary to handle the request and meet legal duties.
  • Limited operational and security logs may be retained only as long as reasonably needed to protect and diagnose the service.
  • Unreferenced content-addressed app and render assets may remain temporarily for safe garbage collection or reuse. Shared public app-catalog records are not personal account data and are not removed.
